Eligibility Criteria
- Students living in Pakistan.
- Students who have Pakistani identity cards.
- Students studying in recognized degree-granting institutions from government universities who have failed in HEC Taslim ka Tajdar or equivalent 18-year program.

- Students residing outside Pakistan.
- Students without Pakistani Identity Cards.

- Students who have not submitted an online application for a laptop.
