Eligibility Criteria Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched his ‘Apni chhat apna Ghar’ program, which aims to mark a golden move towards meeting the needs of housing to the weakest of Pakistan.Which is in accordance with the government vision of forming a more university and equivalent society.The program was inaugurated by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on August 14, 2024.
‘ One of the main responsibilities of the government of Pakistan is the responsibility that everyone in this state should have their own home so that they can live a happy life.’

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Eligibility Criteria
To take advantage of Apni chhat apna Ghar scheme, you must belong to Punjab province. Your guardian should be less than Rs 60,000. Your poverty score should be more than 32 %. And your names should not be land
The Government of Pakistan has a target of subsidized housing units in Pakistan to deal with the housing crisis by offering a plan for conjunction and an application. Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has said while inaugurating ‘Apna Ghar Apni Chhat’
The scheme plans to build more than 3,000 houses in every district of Punjab and ensure a fair distribution of resources. Initially, the scheme will focus on five major cities in Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sargodha, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. In the first phase of this scheme, five thousand houses will be conducted near Lahore Raiwind Road.
Under this scheme, the image of houses will be made in collaboration with the Government of Punjab and Pakistan Council for Architect and Town Planning. The company will also provide Punjabi facilities like water electricity and sanitation to housing scheme houses.
Price and Installment plan ‘Apna Ghar Apni Chhat’
This scheme contains extremely cheap and easy easy monthly episodes. The cost of each apartment is Rs 15 lakh but with the government’s 60% perception subsidy, it has to pay only 40% pairings for the people. The remaining amount will be paid on easy monthly episodes of rupees.There will be Rs 26,000 every month in five years. This project will allow minor income families to build their home.
