The former Prime Minister of Pakistan is determined to lift the entire society out of poverty without any discrimination. He launched the Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye Program to eradicate poverty. The program started in the federal capital and twin cities of Pakistan Islamabad and  Rawalpindi has now spread to other parts of Pakistan.

The Prime Minister said during his address that we can emerge in developed countries only if we take steps for the welfare of the underprivileged. Under this program, cooked food is distributed to the needy, especially daily wage laborers, women, and children. Food is the basic need of human life.

BISP 8171 Ineligible Families Start Receiving Money Under

If a person does not get adequate food, he becomes a victim of many diseases. The mission of this program was that by October 2021, 40 trucks will feed 80 thousand people in 29 cities of the country. It is working as per its mission and distributes food to around 80,000 needy people in 29 different cities for the benefit of underprivileged and deserving citizens. 

The objective of this Ehsaas program is to address the problem of hunger and malnutrition by providing food facilities to the underprivileged sections of Pakistan. Free cooked food is distributed to needy children, women, and men, especially laborers and daily wage earners. Pakistan is a developing country where not everyone can afford to buy delicious food. Our former prime minister cares about low-income people.

Ehsaas koi Bhooka Naa Soye Donations

Ehsaas koi Bhooka Naa Soye is a charity program. The program has received an overwhelming response since its inception. The Ehsaas Koi Bhoka Na So program was announced on January 1, 2021. In this program, you can get free fresh food from food trucks without any hassle of registration. This program is one of the best initiatives of the government. This program ensures that no one goes to bed hungry.

This program was started to make Pakistan a welfare state. In 2019, when the entire country was under lockdown due to the coronavirus inflation was on the rise. Prices of daily staples like rice, flour, and pulses skyrocketed. This program was much needed in these difficult times. Under this program, 1600 to 2000 people from 29 cities eat free food every day.

There are professional chefs to prepare the food, servants to serve the food, and all the food accessories like plates, spoons, glasses, etc. Food trucks are stationed 24 hours a day at key locations in the city like hospitals, bus stops, and train stations to provide fresh food to workers.

There is no registration hassle in this program. Everyone can benefit from this program. Special priority is given to the poor. This program has been started for poor people. Under this program, workers etc. can eat food. They will also be provided free of charge. In every tehsil, anchorage houses have been built.

Eligibility criteria

Everyone can eat free food through food stalls but deserving people are always given priority. The following criteria must be met to be eligible for this program and to be assessed for eligibility.

• Daily wages, and labor.
• CNIC card holder.
• the traveler
• Patients and their caregivers.

Donors provide food in this program. In which there is no need for documents. However, some require CNIC for record entry. You can get an extra food packet for your family member by showing your ID card. All food and drink items are available in the truck. In it daily food is cooked and served to the people. A menu is set for each day. Every poor Pakistani, be it men, women, children, or the elderly, can eat free food through the Ehsaas program.

Ehsaas Koi Bhoka Na Soye Truck Services and Areas

The Ehsaas Koi Bhoka Na Soye program was launched for those who do not have access to Ehsaas Langar Khanas. That is why the Benazir Income Support Program just took part in this program. Most of Pakistan’s population lives in villages and small towns. Who are unable to feed their family even two meals a day and are living below the poverty line. 

This means they earn less than 3 a day so they move to the big cities in search of their livelihood. And due to lack of financial resources, they are forced to sleep on the pavement. This program was started to satisfy the hunger of such people. This is the reason why this program was first started in big cities so that people from the backward classes can benefit more from it. 

This program of Ehsaas was also successful and the poor people got a lot of relief. The cities chosen by Dr. Sania Nishtar include Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, and Faisalabad. This program is successfully running in many cities of Pakistan. Government of Pakistan has started this program only for poor people.

The Ehsaas Koi Bhoka Na Soye program runs solely on donations from people. All philanthropists are requested to donate as much as possible to this program. Overseas Pakistanis can also donate to this program. Individual donors who want to contribute to the scheme so that the scheme runs smoothly can donate to the program by visiting any Bank Al Habib branch near them. Several private organizations like the Selani Welfare Trust and Daraz also supported and contributed to the program. If you are willing to donate, don’t delay.

The mission of this program is to save 40 thousand people a day and about 14 million people in a year from hunger in different cities. The program also targets vulnerable populations, such as orphans, widows, the disabled, and the elderly living in poverty.
