Chairperson BISP Rubina Khalid Benazir Income Support Programme, Senator Rubina Khalid presided over the meeting of district elders at the DC office in Larkana. In which Mayor Larkana, the Chairman of District Council Larkana, Councilors and representatives of DC Larkana Civil Society, and Director General BISP Sindh participated.
