Eligibility Criteria
These are some important requirements to register Hamat Card for this scheme
- Social Welfare Punjab has to verify the person as a PWD
- PWD must be classified not subject to work
- It is inappropriate for PWD to work in public or private sectors
- PWD has not recently received funding from BIS Pital Al-Mal or any other comparable organizations.
- The PMT score issued by BISP should not exceed 37.
- It is necessary to update basic data of PWDs including their CNIC address phone number education experience in the DPMIS system.
