سب سے پہلے اپ کو اپنے قومی شناختی کارڈ کے ہمراہ بی ائی ایس پی کے دفتر میں جانا ہوگا. وہاں پر اپ نے اپنی معلومات فراہم کرنی ہے.  یاد رہے کہ جو معلومات اپ نے فراہم کرنی ہے وہ بالکل درست ہونی چاہیے.  اگر اپ درست معلومات فراہم نہیں کرتے تو اپ کو اس پروگرام میں رجسٹر نہیں کیا جائے گا.  اگر اپ اس پروگرام میں رجسٹرڈ ہونا چاہتے ہیں تو اپ کو صحیح معلومات درج کرنی ہوگی.
